I needed to sell our second car after my husband passed away, and Mark at Velocity Vehicles was incredibly helpful. His offer was better than Carvana, and he made the process really easy, coming to my house to pick up the car so I wouldn’t have to find childcare or a ride back home. So thankful. Highly recommend.

As someone who grew up working in customer service, I rarely leave reviews unless an experience truly stands out—and Velocity Vehicles absolutely blew me away.Purchasing a new vehicle is a major financial commitment, but the team here made me feel completely confident throughout the entire process. Their customer service is truly outstanding, easily ranking as one of the best experiences I have ever had at any business.We live over an hour away, and I cannot stress enough how much it was worth the drive. I had the opportunity to do busy at this dealership today. The experience dealing with this dealership was fantastic, and I have never said that about a dealership before today. Allen and Mark were great to deal with, and they are beyond fair, when it comes to either buying or if you have a vehicle you want to sell. If you have a vehicle you want to sell, I highly recommend this place, because most likely you will get more than the bigger dealerships.So go and check them out. You will NOT be disappointed!

Mark and Allen were very easy to deal with. It was one of the easiest deal I've made and felt good after I left with the truck I purchased, no pressure and I felt very comfortable with these two guys, they were honest, very personable and professional.
